General Cleaning Terms and Conditions

Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions apply to service agreements made by Cleaning Service PrimeSwift (hereinafter referred to as PrimeSwift).

Contractual Documents

The service agreement consists of the signed Cleaning Service Agreement and these general terms and conditions. In case of a conflict, the validity of the documents is determined in the following order. Consumer protection regulations apply to individual customers as necessary.

Contact Persons

Each party appoints a contact person responsible for monitoring and overseeing the implementation of the contract and informing within their own organization and to the other contracting party.

Supplier's Obligations

PrimeSwift undertakes to deliver the ordered services and products as defined in the service agreement. The responsibility for the quality and reliability of the delivery is at a normal level. PrimeSwift has insured its operations with liability insurance. A customer-specific contact person receives customer feedback and complaints and negotiates any changes.

Customer's Obligations

The customer is responsible for providing all necessary information for the service in the service agreement. The customer should facilitate the implementation of the service and ensure unimpeded access for the workers. In case of delays due to the customer, waiting time will be charged at an hourly rate.

Service Fees and Other Costs

The service fee and its content are defined in the service agreement. Other charges are based on the actions performed and are invoiced afterward. Late payments will incur statutory interest.

Changes in Service Fees

Prices are reviewed annually on January 1st. Increases in public fees and taxes may result in changes to service fees during the contract period.
